1. Recharge Policy
All users of the App agree to recharge their SIM cards exclusively through the Mytel platform. Any attempt to recharge SIM cards through other means may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Powerload Service
Users acknowledge and agree to utilize the Powerload service provided by Mytel for recharging their SIM cards through the App. Any misuse or unauthorized access to the Powerload service may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Mytel account credentials. Any unauthorized use of accounts should be reported to Mytel immediately
4. Service Availability
Mytel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services provided through the App at any time without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any interruptions or disruptions in service
5. User Conduct
Users agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law
